WELCOME TO THE PARENTS’ SECTION OF College IILM

This web site was specially designed to provide parents and family members of IILM College students with information about important dates, deadlines and services at IILM College.
By this we can maintain direct contact with you about your child’s interest in attending IILM College so that you can play an informed role in this most important process in your child’s life.
We recognize that parents play a very important role in helping students make one of the most important decisions in their lives—where to attend college.  We also know that parents get involved in this process at varying levels.  Some parents work very closely with their children, others step in to offer help whenever asked for, and still others stand back and let their child operate independently. Whatever your style, the Parents’ Section on the website serves as an ideal platform to discuss with us anything at all related to this most important decision for your child.

For Current Parents

We are delighted to welcome you to IILM College and hope we are your student's first choice! She or he is now a part a diverse and dynamic student body and learn with experienced faculty in the classroom. The section on current parents will bring you more close to what IILM College is all about.

For Prospective Parents

As the parent of a soon-to-be-first-year college student, we know you have a lot on your mind right now. The section on prospective parents will help you answer all your queries.

The University of Bradford awards offered in collaboration with IILM are of an equivalent standard to UK based awards as evidenced by both Internal Quality Assured processes of the University, and externally by the UK Quality Assurance Agency. The awards, therefore, are deemed ‘equivalent'. The University of Bradford 's origins date back to 1860, when it was founded as The Bradford Technical College. The University received its Royal Charter in 1966.

The association of Indian Universities' (AIU) website ( http://www.aiuweb.org/content.aspx?ID29 ) lists the accredited foreign universities, among others, as given in the Commonwealth Universities Handbook (http;//www.acu.ac.uk).The University of Bradford is listed here.

IILM has applied for approval of the collaboration with the University of Bradford, UK to the University Grants Commission vide our application dated November 29, 2005. A copy of the application and the interim response from the University Grants Commission is available on our website, www.ubs.iilm.edu. Similarly, we have also applied to the All India Council for Technical Education on March 7, 2006 for approval. A copy of our application to the AICTE is available on our website.
